These Terms of Use govern your use of the My Dual Plan website. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Information only, not advice

The content on this site is provided for general information about Dual Special Needs Plans and related topics. It is not insurance, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation of any specific plan. Plan availability, benefits, and rules vary by plan, county, carrier, and year.

We are a referral service

My Dual Plan is a private information and referral service. We are not an insurance company, agency, or licensed producer, and we do not sell insurance. When you call, you are connected with a licensed insurance agent who can discuss the plans they are appointed to offer in your area.

Not a government agency

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Medicare, Medicaid, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, or any other federal or state government agency. To get information on all of your options, you may contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE.

No guarantees

Examples of benefits, card amounts, and savings shown on this site are illustrations only, are not a quote or an offer of coverage, and do not guarantee eligibility, benefits, or price. Enrollment in a plan depends on the plan being renewed and on your continued eligibility.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
