My Dual Plan is an independent information and referral service. We exist to help people who have both Medicare and Medicaid understand Dual Special Needs Plans and connect with a licensed insurance agent who can help them.
We are not an insurance company, and we are not a government agency. We do not sell insurance ourselves. When you call, you speak with a licensed agent who can review the dual plans offered in your area and answer your questions clearly, without pressure.
Why we do this
About 12 million Americans qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid, but only around 4 in 10 are enrolled in a dual plan. That means millions of people are missing out on benefits they could be getting, often simply because no one ever explained the option in plain language. We want to close that gap.
Honest information first
We describe benefits the way they really work, using words like up to and if eligible, because plan benefits vary by county and carrier and change each year. We would rather you have accurate expectations than a sales pitch.
